Decoration methods
Embroidery
Your logo or design is stitched directly into the garment using high-quality thread. The right stitch density and premium threads create a durable, professional finish that looks exceptional and is made to last.
3D Puff Embroidery
A layer of specialist foam is placed beneath the embroidery to create a raised, three-dimensional effect. Perfect for bold lettering and simple designs where you want to add depth and texture, particularly on headwear and statement pieces.
DTF Printing
Direct-to-Film printing transfers a full-colour design onto the garment using specialist film and heat. It's ideal for detailed artwork, multiple colours, gradients and designs that aren't suited to embroidery.
Vinyl Printing
Vinyl printing uses precision-cut specialist vinyl, which is heat-applied directly onto the garment. It creates a clean, durable finish that's ideal for names, numbers, bold lettering and simple logos.
Embroidered Patches
Custom embroidered patches are created separately before being applied to the garment, creating a distinctive, textured finish. Ideal for workwear, uniforms, clubs, merchandise and designs where a traditional badge-style look is wanted.
Specialist Finishes
Specialist materials and techniques can be used to create something a little different or meet the specific needs of a garment. Options include puff, silicone, metallic and reflective finishes, alongside specialist embroidery backings for waterproof, technical or delicate garments. We'll recommend these where they'll enhance the look, feel, comfort or performance of the finished garment.
