Every order begins with an enquiry so we can understand your requirements and recommend the most suitable garments and decoration methods.
A 50% deposit is required before production begins; the balance is payable before collection or dispatch.
Estimated lead times are always communicated before production begins.
Artwork proofs are always supplied for approval before production begins; digitising charges may apply for new embroidery logos.
As garments are personalised, returns can only be accepted for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
